Founded by a restaurateur, chef, maitre d' and educational specialist, The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College grew its staff to meet the demands of the ever-evolving restaurant and hotel industry.

With the influence of the Great Chefs residing in spirit on campus, The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College exposes students to the time-tested techniques of classical cuisine as well as to the pioneering ideas of the world's innovators. The Great Chefs Restaurant, located adjacent to the Courtyard of the campus, features dishes designed by 10 of Philadelphia's finest chefs. Students not only gain an appreciation of fine cuisine, but also learn to assess the dining experience on many levels, from menu to setting to pricing.
