2008 Chocolate and Culinary Competitions

This year’s Chocolate Competition
will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 8:30 a.m.

The Culinary Competition
will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 8:30 a.m..

 This event is open to juniors and seniors competing in one of two divisions.  Division I is open to students currently enrolled in a high school program.  Division II is open to students currently enrolled in a Vocational program.

The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College presents a 3-day innovative hospitality program for high school students who will be graduating in 2009.

We've created an innovative hands-on program that will get you involved in culinary arts and management. You will experience exciting career options within the industry. In just three days, you will gain a true understanding of what this rewarding field has to offer. You'll also discover what makes The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College special... an approach to learning that focuses on YOU, the student.
