Join Chefs Andress and Chef Christensen for a unique Sunday workshop to help you get started on your holiday gift giving. We will be making a variety of handmade holiday chocolates and confections that will make perfect gifts for friends and family. Bring a friend and get into the holiday spirit.

International Sommelier Guild
Wine Courses and Certifications
A 12-week introductory course designed for the hospitality industry. Whether building on an existing career in hospitality or enhancing your enjoyment of wines, this course is a pre-requisite for the ISG Diploma Program. You will gain an appreciation for all types of wines and feel confident when selecting and buying wine. Learn wine terminology; understand label information, service techniques and wine management, as well as food and wine pairing theories.
