Chef Christensen takes the cake with her win in Let Them Eat Cake, a competition benefitting City of Hope, an institution dedicated to the prevention and cure of cancer and other threatening diseases. Winning in the categories of floral arrangement, artistic appearance, and overall impression, the judges were thrilled with Chef Christensen's masterpiece.

Chef Gallagher helped make Button the Hippo's birthday at the Adventure Aquarium an extra special event with a carefully made vegetarian birthday cake. Buttons, one of two hippos at the aquarium celebrates her ninth birthday throughtout March, with all the festivities of a deserving hippo. Weighing in at 3000 pounds, Buttons is a favorite at the West African River Experience exhibit.

On Sunday, March 30, student leaders, Maria Dietz and Logan Webber took Residential Learning Students out for a day in Philadelphia. Their travels included the highlight of Reading Terminal Market with additional stops to the Eastern State Penitentiary and LOVE Park. Click here to see additional photos of their fun excursion.
